Maxxis Midwest Season Championship and JR Maxx Daddy
Over the Labor Day weekend Fast Jack headed to Brookings, SD to compete in the final race of the Maxxis Midwest Series and also the JR Maxx Daddy !!
Saturday competition was for the final series race. Jack competed in three classes JR.1 Lite, Heavy and PRO. Jack brought home three 2nd place finishes. Which also meant he brought home the TRIPLE CROWN !!!! Picking up all three Maxxis Midwest Series Season Championships !!!!
Jack will be receiving his second Champions Leather Racing Jacket !!!
Sunday competition was for the JR Maxx Daddy !! This race was a 50 lap race for these JR drivers. At the half way mark Jack was sitting in third place, on lap 26 Jack tucked into the draft (sitting 3rd) and patiently waited until lap 49 to make his move. Entering turn three Jack took over 2nd place and coming out of 4 it was a VERY CLOSE battle to the checkers for First Place...(PHOTO FINISH)
Jack come up just a few inches short of the WIN but a very PROUD 2nd place finish !!!!
Such an amazing race by all these JR1 Drivers !! And congratulations to all drivers !!
We are truly honored to say that we are a part of the Maxxis Series !! A lot of talented and tough competition !! And Maxxis always puts on a very professional event !!!!
