Jensen Ford races into Deep Fried 75 finale at Duck River Raceway Park

As the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series rolled into the Volunteer State, Jensen Ford unloaded his Minon Construction No. 83 at Duck River Raceway Park (Shelbyville, Tenn.) for the Deep Fried 75 weekend.

With 34 cars checked in for night one, Ford was unable to transfer to the $5,000-to-win feature after a seventh-place finish in his last chance qualifier.

Finding much more speed on Saturday evening, Ford qualified second-fastest in his group before grabbing the final transfer spot in his heat race. For the $20,000-to-win finale, Jensen was an early retiree on lap 27.
