Jensen Ford and Bruce Kane Racing Join Forces for 2024
JOHNSON CITY, Tenn. (01/03/24) – Jensen Ford has joined forces with Bruce Kane Motorsports for the 2024 campaign. Ford will make his debut with the team on Jan. 27 during the I-75 Winter Championship at Tennessee’s I-75 Raceway aboard the Jerry’s Siding & Roofing / All About Doors / Minon Construction / All About Wraps / Anthony’s Pizza / XR1 Rocket Chassis.
Throughout the season, the team will alternate between Kane’s familiar No. 15k and Jensen’s longstanding No. 83.
“This is a really cool partnership, and something that I’m thankful to have the opportunity to be part of. Bruce (Kane) has the same passion for racing that I do, and we are putting together a schedule this is both sensible and fun,” Ford said. “We’re going to shake the rust off at I-75 (Raceway) during their event later this month and from there we’re going to run the Lucas Oil (Late Model Dirt Series) events at East Bay (Raceway Park). From there, we’re going to pick and choose national and regional events. Again, just can’t thank Bruce enough as well as all the great marketing partners, who support our program.”
Jensen is fresh off a 2023 campaign that saw him collect three wins, 12 Top-5 finishes, and 15 Top-10 finishes in 30 starts.
“I’m definitely looking forward to getting to race more this season, while also spending more time at home during the week, focusing on growing my own business, which focuses on racecar body installation, complete car assembly, consulting, suspension services, tire work, and a lot more. Also as mentioned previously, I plan to continue assisting with the McCarter family’s MasterSbilt South program.”
Ford opens his 2024 campaign at I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Jan. 27 in the inaugural I-75 Winter Championship, which posts a $5,053 winner’s prize for the Super Late Model division.
