Moore Fifth in Greg Hodnett Memorial

Howard Moore was back in the driver's seat of the Rains Motorsports No. 3 Sprint Car on Saturday night at Riverside International Speedway (West Memphis, Ark.) as the 2022 edition of the Greg Hodnett Memorial came to life.

Twenty-three racers converged on the 1/4-mile, gumbo oval for the $2,700-to-win event. Howard started seventh in his heat race and passed three cars to finish fourth.

Via his heat race performance he lined up eighth for the feature and advanced three spots to a fifth-place finish behind Derek Hagar, Brad Bowden, Cody Gardner, and Jordon Mallett.
