Zearfoss aims big in Beaver Dam’s Jim “JB” Boyd Memorial

By Fully Injected Motorsports:

JONESTOWN, Pa. (May 29, 2024) - Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing put on some miles in their Memorial Day Weekend campaign, not only continuing their 2024 World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series efforts with visits to Atomic Speedway and Fremont Speedway on Friday, Saturday, and Monday, but mixing in Port Royal Speedway’s Bob Weikert Memorial in the process. In total, Zearfoss made four starts in his four-day travels, highlighting his agenda with tenth and 11th-place finishes at Atomic Speedway and Fremont Speedway on May 25 and May 27, respectively.

Zearfoss, ace of the Moose’s LZ Bar & Grill, Heavy Equipment, Loaders & Parts Inc., C&D Rigging Inc., Klick Lewis Cars, J.P. Adamsky Trucking, Milton Hershey School, EnTrust IT Solutions, Berkebile Oil Company, No. 3Z sprint car, finished tenth at Atomic Speedway on Saturday, May 25, commencing the program two positions better from row four. In all, a sound effort for the Jonestown, Pennsylvania, native, kicking things off with the 11th-fastest qualifying time, racing on to finish third in his respective heat race.

Zearfoss’ aforementioned 11th-place score occurred in Fremont’s Rick Ferkel Tribute on Monday, May 27; the “Jonestown Jet” started fourth.

“A lot of running around, but that’s what it’s all about…I don’t think we’d have it any other way,” Zearfoss expressed. “Hats off to the team for hanging tough and putting in the miles to get us back to Port Royal for the Bob Weikert Memorial on Sunday, then back to Fremont on Monday. It takes a lot of hard work and support to make travels like that possible. I’m fortunate to have both by my side.”

Zearfoss finished 15th in Sunday’s $75,000-to-win Bob Weikert Memorial. He started 24th on the grid after earning the B-Main’s final transfer position.
