JONESTOWN, Pa. (October 2, 2023) - Brock Zearfoss and Brock Zearfoss Racing made their return to Pennsylvania Posse Country extra special, not only qualifying for each of the National Open main events contested at Williams Grove Speedway on Saturday, September 30, but ultimately highlighting the prestigious weekend with a 14-place score in the 40-lap, $75,000-to-win National Open finale. Zearfoss, boasting Milton Hershey School colors and branding in the two-day program, started 11th.

The “Jonestown Jet” was scored 18th in the National Open preliminary. The weekend’s initial main event was actually contested after the National Open finale, as Mother Nature ruined all hope for the program to be completed on Friday evening.

Although the annual National Open is officially in the books, action in Pennsylvania Posse Country is far from over, as the World of Outlaws Sprint Car Series will continue their invasion of the Keystone State with Port Royal Speedway’s Nittany Showdown on Friday and Saturday, October 6-7. Zearfoss, a former Port Royal Speedway track champion, will actually kick-off his weekend with Port Royal’s Tuscarora 50 on Thursday, October 5.

“We were thrilled for the opportunity to fly the Milton Hershey School colors on Friday and Saturday at Williams Grove. Our performances had plenty of room for improvement, but we were proud and confident in our results and we’re already looking forward to Port Royal Speedway,” Zearfoss explained. “We have a lot of laps there and I’m excited to get back.”
