2nd Place at Shippensburg Speedway
JMR headed to Shippensburg Speedway on Saturday night for the final race of the 2012 season. Starting 3rd in the heat race, Jacob would bring the car home in 3rd place, with cool temperatures, and good air, we were a little off on the carburetor jetting.
After changing jets for the feature, Jacob would start in 3rd place, once the green flag dropped, Jacob would move into the 2nd position. On the tail of the #1a of Chase Gutshall, Jacob would not let Chase out of his sights, but could not make a move on him and would bring the car home in the 2nd position.
Our tentative plans for 2013 are to run at Lanco "Clyde Martin Speedway" on Saturday nights. With a few other selected shows, once the 2013 schedules are released we will be posting our race schedule.
The 2012 season recap will be up sometime next week. Next on the schedule will be the Selinsgrove Banquet on November 3rd.
But for now we will be taking some time away from racing and do some hunting to unwind from a long season and begin to prep the car for 2013 season.
