Hodges Motorsports Update - Jetmore Motorplex

Last night we ran with the NCRA boys in Jetmore, KS. After pulling pill number 32, I started on the outside of the front row in the 3rd heat race. After they called back the first start, I fell back to 3rd, where I finished. The track was rough and I didn't drive the car in the way I probably should. That put us starting 9th in the feature. They re-worked the track and got it better, but there were still rough spots, and it got much slicker. I fell back to 12th on the start before I could get to the racing groove. Near the end I got a few cars while some others dropped out and I finished 8th. There were quite a few cautions, and I think I was gettin better through the race, and we have some things we think we change to get better for that type of track next time. We are still unsure of our plans for Labor Day weekend, but we will most likely head east.
