Blog - I-30 Speedway

With 53 cars in the pits, it was looking to be a tough field Saturday night at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Arkansas. I drew 36 in the pill draw so that put me 5th in the first heat. We were pretty good in hot laps and was confident for the heat. Going into turn one and two, a car slid up and took out the front end of the car. Now we had to fix the car up to run the second B starting on the last row. I got one or two cars but that was it. I just struggled running the car the way it needed to be run on the slick track. We hope to learn from our experiences this weekend and take them to the next few races.
