Sooner Limited Modified Series
Spring Fling
Well finally mother nature was kind to us this weekend to let us put on a show and it was a show that didn't disappoint anyone. Jeffrey Kaup was the man on the mission after having bad luck the week before from an engine failure and took off from the pole then lead the first seven laps, but his glory ended soon after having transmission issues. The next man on the mission was Timmy Johnson who's been dominating the last two races he's been after rebuilding his car after his bad wreck on the front straightaway at Elk City Motorsports Park. But Travis Johnson wasn't going to let it be easy on him and was on his bumper the whole time. After a few chances of Timmy finally got his first series win and also his first Elk City win of the season, so the question is who can chase Timmy down and stop his domination after rebuilding the car or does he have something to prove this season ? Find out at our next event July 4th for the Vet Nation 4th of July Spectacular. On a side note, I want to thank everyone who's came out last weekend and also everyone who's helped with the series this year after I have not been able to be there. After seven years this has been the first event I haven't been able to be at a series race and it was very weird not being around but the race ran great. So thank you again for all your help.
