Bryan Clauson's Third Annual Racers for Autism
TULSA, Okla. (November 17, 2016) – Quickly becoming a part of Chili Bowl Nationals week festivities is Bryan Clauson’s Racers for Autism event, and this January will be no exception.
The third edition of Bryan Clauson’s Racers for Autism hosted by Lauren Stewart takes place at the long-time Chili Bowl fan favorite Caravan located at 41st and Memorial (7901 E 41st St) in Tulsa, OK, just a few short minutes away from the Tulsa Expo Raceway.
The event brought to you by B&H Contractors and Dooling Machine is set for Monday night, January 9, from 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
All variety of racing collectibles and more will be up for bid via both live and silent auction with free beer, Bar-B-Que and a Tim Dugger concert to round out the festive evening.
All proceeds of the event go directly to the Autism Society of America.
The inaugural Bryan Clauson’s Racers for Autism in 2015 raised more than $40,000 with last year’s edition raising an astonishing $76,000 for the Autism Society of America.
The event originated after Clauson was inspired by close friend and high school classmate Ben Hodgin to host the event. Hodgin was diagnosed with autism at the age of five. His parents were given a bleak outlook for their son’s ability to develop communication skills and thrive as a young adult. However, Hodgin’s passion for racing aided him in developing at a young age and continues to play an important role in his life today.
Bryan Clauson’s Racers for Autism is an event that Lauren Stewart insisted continue on after the past Chili Bowl champion’s passing this past August.
“Bryan was incredibly passionate about our event and raising awareness for autism, I didn’t have to think twice about continuing the Racers for Autism event,” Stewart commented. “I’m really looking forward to January. A night with the racing family having fun for a great cause is exactly what Bryan would want us to do!”

The event following Monday’s Chili Bowl practice is open to all, with tickets available for $50 per person. Tickets are available at the door or online at https://www.wedoauctions.net/racersforautism.
