SANDBERG WINS 8TH CONSECUTIVE VICTORY
Tanner Hofer led the field to the green flag in the IMCA Sport Compact feature. It was a four wide battle for second place behind Hofer. Throwing the car in deep, points leader Ken Sandberg dove low and shuffled into the lead. Sandberg quickly pulled away as Alex Thompson and Stan Thompson raced side by side for second place. The father-son duo made contact allowing Stan Thompson to muscle by into the second position. Alex Thompson rallied back at the end of the race but Stan Thompson held on to finish second over Alex Thompson. Minot’s Aiden Wagner finished fourth ahead of Tanner Hofer while Ken Sandberg led all 10 laps to win his eighth feature victory in a row at Dacotah Speedway.
