Pair of Top-10 outings with Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series at All-Tech Raceway
With the Hunt the Front Super Dirt Series in his home state of Florida, Trey Mills made the quick trip to All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) on Friday afternoon for the $5,000-to-win Southbound Throwdown opener.
With 34 Late Models in the pits, Mills started the quick 30-lap feature from 11th and gained six positions to land inside the Top-5 in fifth. He trailed Carson Ferguson, Mark Whitener, Brandon Overton, and Ashton Winger.
Stopping the clock sixth-fastest on Saturday, Trey finished runner-up in his heat race after a spirited battle with Chris Ferguson which earned him a fourth-row starting spot. Running inside the Top-10 for the entirety of the 50-lap main event, Mills brought home a ninth-place outing.
Trey is currently sixth in the HTFSDS point standings.
