12th Place Finish in World Championships at Cochran

On Saturday night Parker Martin made the short trip to Cochran Motor Speedway (Cochran, Georgia) for the rescheduled World Championships in late-December. Earning the sixth-starting position for the $10,000-to-win A-Main via preliminary events, Martin dropped six spots in the 50-lapper to place 12th. (RJ Racing Updates photo)

The following night for the Newsome Crate Racin’ USA Winter Series sanctioned Cochran Clash, Parker laid down the sixth fastest lap in his time trial group before placing fifth in his heat. Starting the $5,000-to-win A-Main in 13th, Martin was an early retiree from the 50-lapper on lap 26.
