Parker Martin visits TST for Governor's Cup

Parker Martin invaded Talladega Short Track (Eastoboga, Ala.) on Saturday afternoon for the Southern All Star Series-sanctioned third annual Governor’s Cup. In a stout field of 40 cars, Martin fell one spot short of a transfer position in his heat with a fifth place finish, sending him into the B-Main. Needing a second place finish or better to make the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Parker recorded a fourth place outing.
