FVP Platinum Batteries and Avanti Windows and Doors Headline Partner Support of the 2025 Midweek Money Championship at I-70 Speedway

Mooresville, N.C. (September 19, 2024) — As the 2024 Midweek Money season is coming to a close, partner support for the championship night at I-70 Speedway on October 8th continues to grow, making the event bigger on and off the track. Along with major Midweek Money Series partner, Driven2SaveLives who continuously changes lives through organ donation, local and national brands are joining the event to increase the excitement both on and off the track.

FVP, a long-time supporter of sprint car racing and driver Brian Brown is one of the most recognizable brands in the sport. FVP will promote their Platinum Battery product through their title partnership of the FVP Platinum Batteries Midweek Money Championship presented by Avanti Windows and Doors.

“We are excited to be part of the High Limit Midweek Money Championship race at I-70 in Odessa, said Joel Quetschenbach, Regional Senior Vice President for FVP. “We look forward to entertaining our customers at this action-packed race. As winter gets closer, this is a great opportunity for us to remind everyone to get your vehicle’s battery tested and replaced now with and FVP Platinum battery, before it’s too late.”

Avanti Windows & Doors, a leading manufacturer and installation contractor of vinyl window and door systems throughout the South & Southwest, will be the presenting partner of the single-night championship event. Avanti continues to support a myriad of motorsports entities including Buch Motorsports with Kubota High Limit Racing full-time competitor Justin Peck, the Avanti Midweek MAYhem High Limit event at Kokomo (Ind.) Speedway, Knoxville (Iowa) Raceway’s Capitani Classic, USAC National Sprint Car Series “Cornbelt Classic” at Knoxville Raceway, Western World Championships, USAC’s CRA Series, and Central Arizona Raceway.

The Greenlight Dispensary Start Zone will debut at the Odessa, Missouri track at the event. With over 32 cannabis dispensary licenses and more than 250,000 square feet of cultivation and manufacturing, Greenlight Dispensary is a vertically integrated operator with strong brands, strains and marketing. Greenlight Dispensary currently has 32 locations in Missouri, Ohio, Nevada, South Dakota, and West Virginia.

K1 Race Gear continues to support drivers by adding additional purse money for the FVP Platinum Batteries Midweek Money Championship presented by Avanti Windows and Doors. The Start Bonus increases the starting money from $1,500 to $2,000. The bonus will benefit all drivers finishing 11th through 24th in the feature event.

Also supporting the Start Bonus, The Waldinger Corporation, a premier full-service mechanical, electrical, sheet metal, and service contractor. The Waldinger Corporation joins K1 in guaranteeing a $2,000 payday at minimum for all teams who qualify for the feature event.

McDonald’s is bringing the off-track fun to the event with the McDonald’s Midway Fan Fest. From 5pm until 6:30pm, McDonald’s Fan Fest will feature an appearance and photo opportunities with the Kansas City Chief’s mascot, KC Wolf. Drivers will sign autographs in their merchandise trailers from 5pm until 6pm. DJ Tim Gibson will be spinning tunes throughout McDonald’s Midway Fan Fest and High Limit Racing will host giveaway opportunities. Visit your local McDonald’s to show your support: HWY 24 and US 40 HWY in Independence, Woods Chapel, St. Rte 7, S 7 HWY and HWY 40 in Blue Springs, N Chouteau Trfwy., Hickman Mills, and Westport Broadway in Kansas City, and Blue Ridge in Raytown.

The driver who passes the most cars in the feature event will earn an additional $250 thanks to partners at Wilkerson Crane Rental. Based in Kansas City, Wilkerson Crane Rental offers operated crane rentals, bare rentals, heavy hauling, short term storage, a staffed and certified service department and qualified crew to assist with any project.

Honest Abe Roofing continues as the Redraw Wheel partner for the Midweek Money Series. Honest Abe Roofing specializes in roof replacement, roofing repairs, gutter inspection and repair, and roof and gutter installation. Honest Abe Roofing also fields two cars on the Midweek Money Series tour for drivers Kevin Newton, also the owner of Honest Abe Roofing, and Cole Macedo.

Andy’s Frozen Custard, a partner of Brown, who is co-promoting the event, and I-70 Speedway, will be offering free frozen custard to the first 500 race fans who enter the grandstand gate on FVP Platinum Batteries Midweek Money Championship presented by Avanti Windows and Doors night. There are more than 150 Andy’s Frozen Custard locations nationwide including 13 in the Kansas City market.

Rod End Supply will expand upon their Rod End Supply Work Area partnership with Kubota High Limit Racing to also provide a potential $2,500 bonus to the Durst Dice Roller participant and driver. Should the Durst Dice Roll fan roll the winning driver’s starting position, Rod End Supply will add an additional $2,500 to the winners’ total, giving it the potential to be the highest paying Durst Dice Roll all season. Rod End Supply of Olathe, Kansas, is a leading supplier of rod ends radius rods, bearings and specialty high-performance products.

The battle for the Midweek Money Championship and the $25,000 top prize will come down to the wire. The top-four drivers are separated by less than 50 points, with Indianapolis’s Tyler Courtney leading five-time World of Outlaws champion Brad Sweet by just 16 points. Third in the standings, 18-year-old phenom Corey Day trails by 43 points and Spencer Bayston, driver of the No. 5 TrueTimber sprint car is just 47 points back.

Tickets, including reserved, general admission, rooftop bar or suite level, for the October 8th FVP Platinum Batteries Midweek Money Championship presented by Avanti can be purchased online now at www.highlimitracing.com or at the gate on race day. A reminder that only fans who pre-purchase tickets online are eligible for the Durst Dice Roll. Pit passes are available for purchase at the track on race day only. Grandstand gates open at 4pm. McDonald’s Fan Fest begins at 5pm and on-track action begins at 7pm.
