Swindell Dominant Throughout Short Track Nationals to Lead Team ILP
Inside Line Promotions – LEWISTOWN, Pa. (Oct. 19, 2017) – Inside Line Promotions driver Sammy Swindell scored another marquee victory last weekend to guide Team ILP into the Winner’s Circle.
Swindell captured both his preliminary night on Thursday and the finale on Saturday during the 30th annual COMP Cams Short Track Nationals presented by Hoosier Tires at I-30 Speedway in Little Rock, Ark. It’s his record fifth event title and the two wins give him five victories in his last six races.
Other Team ILP competitors with at least one top-five finish include:
Tony Bruce Jr. placed third on Thursday and fifth on Saturday during the Short Track Nationals at I-30 Speedway.
Joshua Shipley earned a third-place result on Saturday at Canyon Speedway Park in Peoria, Ariz., with the ASCS Southwest Region.
Rob Chaney led CH Motorsports to a fourth-place finish on Saturday at Eldora Speedway near Rossburg, Ohio, with the Arctic Cat All Star Circuit of Champions.
