Karpowicz and Fulghum Top NOW600 Ark-La-Tex vs Gulf South Showdown at South Texas Race Ranch!

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas (April 22, 2023) - Alex Karpowicz and Ty Fulghum returned to victory lane with the NOW600 Hi Plains Building Division Ark-La-Tex Region at South Texas Race Ranch on Friday night.

18 Stock Non-Wing and 4 Restricted 'A' Class competitors made the trip down south for a Ark-La-Tex vs. Gulf South Region.

From the pole of the 20-lap Stock Non-Wing feature event, Alex Karpowicz secured the win with Kaden Trotter crossing in second. Third went to Deuce Chamberlain with Rachel Zabawa in fourth. The top five rounded out with Tanner Dunlap.

Wyatt Bruce was scored sixth. Seventh went to Connor Chamberlain. Ray Allen Kulhanek placed in eighth. Blaker Moeller and Alex Caldwell rounded out the top ten.

Ty Fulghum hot off a NOW600 National win last weekend at I-44 Riverside Speedway topped the Restricted 'A' Class division on Friday night in Corpus Christi. Jude Allgayer was second with Beau Chapman in third. David Spencer made up the field.

The Ark-La-Tex Region and Gulf South Region of the National Open Wheel 600 Series heads north to Texana Raceway Park in Edna, Texas on Saturday night.
